Welcome to Groomist! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or booking our pet grooming, daycare, boarding, or training services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Services Offered

 

We provide:

  • Pet Grooming ( Basic, Premium, Deluxe)

  • Daycare & Boarding.

  • Pet Training Services.

All services are subject to availability and require prior booking.

2. Booking & Payments

  • Booking: Appointments must be scheduled via our website, phone, or WhatsApp.

  • Payment: Full or partial payment may be required at booking. We accept credit/debit cards and other secure payment methods.

  • Pricing: Rates are subject to change; confirmed bookings retain the quoted price.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Free Cancellation: If canceled ≥ 24 hours before the appointment.

  • Late Cancellation (After Groomer Arrives): 70% of the service fee will be charged.

  • No-Show: 100% of the service fee will be forfeited.

  • Rescheduling: Free if requested ≥ 12 hours before the appointment.

4. Pet Health & Safety

  • Vaccinations: Pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations (proof may be required).

  • Aggressive Pets: If your pet poses a risk, we reserve the right to refuse service.

  • Emergencies: In case of illness/injury, we will contact you and seek veterinary care if necessary (at owner’s expense).

5. Liability & Responsibilities

  • Owner’s Duty: Disclose any pet health/behavioral issues before service.

  • Groomist.in’s Liability: We take utmost care but are not liable for:

    • Pre-existing health conditions.

    • Minor grooming-related reactions (e.g., clipper irritation).

    • Pet injuries caused by the pet’s own aggression.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Provide false information.

  • Use our services for illegal purposes.

  • Harass staff or other clients.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms; continued use of services implies acceptance.
